my husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in January, the staff had excellent customer service skills and went out of their way to please us. “Clean and pleasant room”

A cosy little hotel within a 10 minute walk onto Oxford Street, less that 10 minute walk to Baker St Tube line and Marylebone tube, only 13-15 mins on the bus to Kings Cross. The basement room was rather small, but we only booked the night before so was lucky to get a room. A good location.

“don't spread the word....”

We were looking for a place between Baker Street and Marble Arch tube stations and we found this charming hotel. The rooms have a homely feeling, are nicely appointed, fairly large and above all quiet. Definitely the right landing spot in that area of London. NB: there is no lift.
