Arrived on a Saturday and had to wait one hour to check in as there was a massive queue and only one member of staff. “Clean and practical”

I stayed a small but tidy studio. Bed and bathroom were new and clean. Wouldn't recommend a studio for longer stays though. Reception was friendly and correct. The only downside is that the 'internet connectivity' included in the room rate is just enough to send an email. Broadband costs extra and that is hardly acceptable. Location is OK. Tesco with... Spent 1 night at the apartments. 5 min walk to Canary Wharf, then 1 stop to the O2. Apartments were well appointed and very clean. Comfy beds, and good quality bedding Would like to stay for longer next time.
