Booked a room and instead was directed to another hotel nearby with tiny miserable rooms. Staff were not very helpful. Ratings here indicate this to be a four star hotel bit it's one star at best. I think all the Premier hotels are just as bd. Stay away. You will find better notes elsewhere at lower prices. Alan More
