Clean, comfortable room with all we wanted for a one-night visit to London. Location chosen for proximity to the places we wanted to visit. Good access to public transport with places to eat nearby. Friendly staff. Breakfast room very small so we had to wait 15 minutes for a free table. Would use again.

I really liked the location (near shopping areas of baker street, oxford street and train stations / metro), cleanliness of rooms. The room is relatively small (the price could not be better) and breakfast could be better.

We stayed for one night, needing a base for a trip to London. Not perfect for the West End but perfectly manageable being close to Baker Street tube station. Good clean budget hotel. In a great position. They moved us when the TV didn't work with no fuss. Breakfast was basic but fine. No more to say but this system insists on more words shame tripadvisor is not as good as the horel
