I stayed 3 nights end nov/2012 and the staff are great. rooms are just perfect for budget travellers. Clean and practical. very good location for any transport to any part of London. Ideal for shopping at Westfield white city.

I had a late booking, the hotel was ideal for one person. There was work ongoing in the hotel whicj was not a problem and infact very encouraging to see progress. The staff were friendly and left you to go about your own business, but were on hand if required I would stay here again
