Well where do I start? I booked this hotel in April for a one night stay last night with my husband. I telephoned the hotel on Sunday night to confirm the booking and was assured all was well. On arrival we were informed there was 'a problem' with the booking and they were moving us to a sister property where... More

This is a different type of review, solely about customer service and courtesy which will become apparent later!! Made a booking for this hotel at the end of march/beginning april for a 1 night stay for myself and my son(15) as we were going to the FA cup final. Arrived at the hotel early as we wanted to leave our... More

Our room was like a sauna when we asked the receptionist if they can help, her response was "what do you want me to do?" The hotel is on a busy street so dont expect to sleep with your window open. And we had to pay for extra toilet paper.

We travelled for a short break to see the sights. The hotel is well placed for the British museum and only a short walk to tube. We had a room facing the front on the first floor. It was kept very clean, fresh bottles of water daily, tea coffee and biscuits. The towels were lovely and fresh but a little... More

Stayed here for one night. Overall impression is very favourable. The hotel is very clean and as anybody who has stayed in any of the numerous hotels in Bayswater and Bloomsbury like this one will know, this can be a huge concern. We had a top floor room overlooking the main road - it was warm but there was an... More

We stayed here while we were in London to see a show. Location wise its great, about a 5min walk from Goodge Street so near theatres, shops etc. Double room + breakfast £110 which in hindsight is a touch overpriced. Reception were welcoming, room was clean, we were on the top floor (bare in mind there are no lifts and... More

Trying to find a room in London that sleeps 5, central location and within a reasonable budget seemed a task impossible - but then I found the Regency House. As my title says, it's absolutely fantastic value for money. We just needed a base for the night for a gig at the Jazz Cafe in Camden - the hotel was... More

This is in a row of similar hotels on a street between Euston and Bloomsbury, they don't tend to have lifts . I asked for a room on the lowest floor as I find stairs very difficult. They were very helpful and I had a ground floor room. it was a decent size for a central London hotel. The bathroom... More

Great location for what we wanted to do. Only 10 min walk from Euston station & about 15 min walk from St. Martins Theatre. Room was comfortable but it was tiring having to walk up & down from the top floor. Strange smell coming from the shower drainage but not too off-putting. Breakfast was really nice but no orange juice... More

This is a small, comfortable and unpretentious hotel. It provides a basic but appropriate level of service. Staff are friendly. The location is excellent - just a feww minutes wal;k from Goodge Street Underground station. Oxford Street is a ten minute walk with Soho and the theatre districts not much further. The room was 'compact' but complete with en-suite, a... More
