We stayed here for 2 nights for a family celebration. The rooms were clean, tidy and compact which was a positive, however, the negatives are quite major.. The walls were very thin and we could hear everything that happened in the next bedroom and bathroom, the building opposite is a building site and they started making a noise at 7am... More

Stayed here recently while overnighting in London. Hotel has been recently refurbished and is clean and tidy. Also relatively cheap by London standrads. Unfortunately it is let down by the details. The Hotel was hard to spot while driving because they only had a laminated sheet with their name on the front door. The room was OK. Neat and clean... More

This hotel was very clean (I didn't see anything like as bad as the photos on here) and I was expecting it really to be passable. But... Please, if you want to get any sleep whatsoever, please go somwhere else! There is absolutely no sound proofing and the walls must be made of cereal boxes. You could literally hear other... More

Stayed here 9 nights in October 2011 with my boyfriend. The place is a dump! Don't let the pretty pictures on the website fool you! We were in the "Queens Wing" of the motel. This is a section that has not been remodeled. Our first rooms bathroom was filthy! Covered in mold and mildew, and smelled like urine. My boyfriend... More

Debris kept falling from the bathroom's ceiling, warm water after 10 mins, carpet filthy, walls stained, e-socket lacks isolation, could not close the window (people outside kept talking all night). You can't expect more for a 50 € rate in London , haha !!! More

Arrived 2.30pm after checking in was directed through car park to other hotel reception and given the keys to a room in yet another building across the street. We found on opening the door that the room had not yet been cleaned from previous occupants, it was a family room (we booked a double room), we left our suitcase and... More

Upon arrival at the Hotel named above we were greeted by a building site with signage in the windows stating business as usual! After registering at reception we were confronted by the ominous Lift Out of Order sign. The Hotel was being renovated and in my opinion should not have been allowed to function as a working business until the... More

I see that many people have made some very negative comments about this place, (probably with good reason when they were made) I actually read the reviews AFTER booking and was horrified by what I read, so I was pleasantly surprised with my newly-refurbished room, tea making facilities, new furnishings and drapes, its proximity to the tube station (about 100... Room disgusting, damp, mouldy bathroom. TV didn't work. Fire alarm going off at 12 midnight, they didn't evacuate or follow any fire procedres, just silenced the alarm. Ground floor room, had people banging on the window. Left hotel in early hours to find alternative accomodation as a female travelling alone, I didn't feel safe. More
