This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. It is filthy and though not expensive it is not that cheap. No way would we have eaten breakfast. The man at reception seemed shocked when I said how dirty it was. Would have moved if we could get anything else. So please avoid at all costs

I have stayed in worse hotels - even if there weren't that many that fall into that category. The hotel is grimy and old, the rooms are only just acceptable, the bathroom is a bit below acceptable. Everything is clean-ish. But it's certainly old and run down. The worst part is the breakfast and the breakfast room. The location is... More

I stayed at this hotel because I needed to be in Vauxhall for an important appointment at 8am the next day. The room they gave me was on the ground floor right next to the reception it was small and shabby, there were marks and scratches all over the walls. The bed post was completely broken, the bathroom was the... More

This is not a luxury hotel. There are lots of things that could be improved upon. However I can not find any serious fault with the place, so for the price, being that it's in central London, I can not complain. Basic is the word I would use to describe nearly everything, no frills, nothing fancy, but the bed was... More

Myself my mother and my little sister stayed here on Sat 9 Mar 13. Bearing in mind that the hotel was pretty much central to London and 10 minutes away from the nearest underground station I understand that paying £80 for a triple room was a good deal, and the price reflects what you get. I booked the room as... More

The communal areas are filthy. The carpets in the passages (more like a maze) are dilapidated and smeary dirty. We were the lucky winners of room 40 - a rathole underneath the ground. The furniture are broken and dirty. Cupboards- No handles. The blankets and overthrows disgusting dirty. Room window 50 cm from store room window. No space between two beds- only... More

Booked for 2 nights (by mistake!!) Could only bear one ... and that was an ordeal! Arrived late after going to a show. Had double room with shower (no toilet, that was on another floor). Toilet floor wet with what I can only assume was urine! No soap to wash hands and nothing to dry them on. Room had shower... More
