Granted, I stayed in this hotel several years ago when neither of the managers spoke any English... however, I found it to be perfect if your goal is to see a lot of London, spend very little actual waking time in your hotel and spend the bare minimum. It's a really simple hotel. No big service, not much space at the reception area, which, by the way, goes right thru to the coffee shop/breakfast lounge, which at 9:00 am is so full you might not find a table.
