As our kids said, this apartment has a good layout and it is located in the heart of London, but it severely needs a complete overhaul: carpets and sofas (yellow sofa??? are you kidding me? Who on earth would pick yellow for rental furniture?) are dirty and have spots in every room, the walls desperately need a new paint job....

We were impressed by the website for Mayfair apartments. The location was great, but the apartment was much smaller than we had expected. We feel it is quite overprised. There are many serviced apartments in London which are much nicer and offer much better value than Mayfair Apartments.
