Stayed for 3 days in standard twin room. Good view and clean, but a bit hard to push the door open because of the carpet on the floor. Friendly staff. The hotel has a great location for a shopping-trip.

This hotel is in an excellent location. Short walk to the underground station, but there is plenty to see and do right outside the doors. The rooms themselves could be updated. stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. Free wireless and good comfortable room for 1 or 2 people. I stayed on the 10th floor and the room was warm and toasty during the cold April I stayed in London. Stayed a short weekend and the hotel was well situated for shopping (both Oxford and Regent). Clean and comfortable, somewhat narrow bed for Mum and daughter, but not a problem. The view from the bar on the 15th floor -a must. Taxi to Paddington £ 10 and a taxi "hub" just across the street.

Very good hotel in the centre of London, just two minutes walk to Oxford Street and to the tube station. It is also handy because it is also walking distance to the Opera House and the West End theatres. Good value for money. Will definitely go back.

This hotel is just beside BBC and off Regent st, so great location. Very helpful staff at reception, we asked for extra pillows and delivered promptly to our room.
