The hotel is directly opposite Star Lane DLR station, which means that you are not spending an eternity trying to find it. I stayed in this hotel 1 night as I was attending an exhibition at the Excel. The location was great just a 5 minute walk. The room was clean although the shower cubicle was a little cramped.
