I stayed here for one night on a great Internet deal price that was a steal by central London standards. The system worked very well, check-in and out went smoothly and I had a half decent breakfast too. The hotel is not deluxe, nor would you expect it to be at these prices, but everything you needed was in the... More

I booked this travel lodge online for my daughte and her friend for a weekend in London. They went to the other Travelodge at kings Cross by mistake, which was just as well as the Royal Scot was full, in spite of my booking. They were very happy with the other Travelodge. They then had to stay at the Royal... More

Firstly, i am a very big fan of Travelodge as a whole and other budget hotels, as most of my previous reviews bare up. I am a great believer in "you get what you pay for". BUT standards should still have to be met no matter what you end up paying. The cleanliness and general shabby look to this hotel... More

Stayed 1 night in a triple room and that was 1 night too many. Completely shocked about the decrepit state of the hotel once you get past reception. It was like something from a war zone! It was dirty, shabby and utterly without any redeeming features. The room was barely big enough to squeeze in the 3 single beds. The... More

I stayed here during a business trip to London and the room was booked by the travel agency used by the company I work for. Generally Travelodge can be relied upon for a basic and clean room, but not here. There were a large number of drunks hanging around outside so not the best start. When I checked in the... More

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights last week. This hotel is huge and there was only 1 working lift. You need to plan to be at the lift at least 15 minutes before you want to be downstairs in the morning. The room was big enough however the bathroom was very small. The walls were dirty and there... Absolutely terrible, don't even know where to start in terms of describing how bad this place is . Lifts are are in a poor state of repair, my room was filthy and smelly , furniture old and broken. Simple message - do not book this hotel it's disgusting, feels unsafe and isn't value for money

There is no good in this review at all..... You can see from the lift to the room that you are in a dirty under maintained so called hotel .... Used chewing gum pushed in corners of walls and half eaten food on the floor .... This was just the lift! .... The room was like a cell... Dirty walls,... More

Don't really know why people are moaning about this one!? It's just a travelodge and they're all the same! The shower wasn't brilliant, but I can't say I've been to a Travelodge where it has! We paid for two family rooms and they were clean enough. The location of the hotel is really good; 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross... More

Very basic, but for the price we paid it was ideal for our purpose. It was cheaper than the smaller hotels, and the room was fine. No frills, just good value. The building is a little tired, but to bring it up to speed would cost a fortune and result in increased prices.
