The hotel was located close to many restaurants, shops, bus and tube stations all with in a 5-10 minute walk. It is also possible and a nice to walk through Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park into the heart of the city. The rooms were small but sufficient and were clean and tidy. We would stay here again.

We were definitely a fan of the location of this hotel--it was near two different tube lines and only a few blocks from Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, making it very easy to get around London. Stayed 29/5/13 - 3/6/13. Comfortable, clean room. Very convenient to 2 different Tube lines but location still quiet enough for restful sleep. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable multilingual staff. One suggestion for improved amenities - a hook near the door for an outdoor coat/jacket (especially in wet weather).
