The location is very convenient as it is near to the underground. The rooms are cramped and no space for big luggages. The bathroom is very cramped and the shower curtain is wrongly installed. Don't spend your money on these tiny and cramped rooms. Barely enough room to even walk between the bed and the wall to access the bathroom. In order to close the bathroom door, you must straddle the commode. They require a 5£ deposit if you'd like to have a TV remote. The elevator operates from the lobby level; good luck... More

Booked a standard double. Woman on reception did best with her cust serv. Received cramped twin with dirty walls, dust on tv and no ventilation and noisy neighbours. Very-very small rooms with small beds and bathroom.Impossible to sleep and take a bath. No space for luggage. Τhe breakfast was very poor. The price was too high (100 pounds double(!!!!!!) room per night) for the benefits. The only good thing was the location (Earl's court tube station) and the service staff.

We booked here for three nights, as I was due to go into hospital in London for an op early in the morning, so my husband and I stayed here together for one night and then he stayed for a further night alone. The hotel is a to 5 min walk from the tube station, which is great! Hotel Westbury Kensington in London disappointed us very much, rooms and beds are very small, bathroom and toilet were very basic and small, the shower to high and unpractical, linen was good a few years ago....
