I have stayed many Travelodges in London, because of cheap price. Many of them have been noisy, but this wasn't. This was unbeliavable quiet! I stayed here three night with my 9 years daughter and I think, that is was excellent choice for us for the price what we paid. Location is quite good. There is Bank and Mansion House... More

My girlfriend and I managed to get a good deal to the Travelodge Central Bank for a 4 day trip for our birthdays. We flew to Gatwick and got the train to London Bridge station. from there it is an easy 10 minute walk. There are two underground stations just a minutes walk in either direction from the hotel as... I stayed here on Friday 17th May. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and most importantly it was really quiet. The breakfast box in the morning was good too - very filling and well worth the £4.50. I'd definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for one Saturday night in May. Overall I cannot complain - the hotel was spotless and extremely quiet for a London hotel. The only downside was the fact the bed was extremely uncomfortable so I'm glad it was just for one night. Very near the tube station which is a major plus point. Would recommend for a brief... More

Happy with our stay.We were in London for a family wedding.Receptionist friendly when we booked in Fri afternoon. Room clean and everything you'd expect for a travelodge. The location is great, and short walk to St Pauls, Millenium bridge or Tower of London. Also near to Thames river walk. Handy for 2 tube stations although check if operating at weekends.... More

I stayed in this hotel in October 2012 for my 21st . This was the first time I had been to London and the hotel was great. Very clean , polite receptionists .Hotel was situated in a court yard litterally a stones throw away from BANK tube station . Will definatly stay here again next time we come to London.... More

Even the sign outside is embarrassed to say its a Travelodge, no receptionist available on arrival ten minute wait for someone to attend. Room plain with no thrills just bed and small tv, can't even fill kettle without using a cup as sink to small, Then to be woken at 5:30 as bins are emptied beneath room!! No facilities for... More

Over almost 30 years of private and business travel I have seen my fair share of hotels. And certainly I have stayed in worse places. But then for a fraction of the cost. The only good thing to be said about this hotel is the location which very central and still suprisingly non-noisy. The service at check in was abysmal.... More

Location is very good, close to Bank and Monument stations and easy to find (just print a little map out before you go). We booked this rather late on and got a rate of £113 (with a £10 voucher code). This was the first trip away in a new relationship and I booked a double room. So I was slightly... More
