My sister and I stayed here the 19 th May for one night. Fab location and service from all the staff. The breakfast was busy but the buffet extensive and the service from the staff was excellent. Our room was comfortable with everything we could possibly want. All in all a great stay! More

Location fantastic, few mins walks to restaurants, bars, Regent's Park, 2 tubes stations. Upgraded to Business on arrival, fantastic room as always. We'll be using this hotel for our breaks in London from now on. Cleaning staff so helpful and cheerful too, a little thing but meant a lot. More

Stayed at this hotel for night as we attended a concert in Camden,really lovely hotel in central London.Chek-in was very fast and efficient.Room was clean and comfortable,There are plenty of restaurants just minutes outside the hotel,even a supermarket,if you need anything.Coffee and tea in room,we almost couldn't find ours cos it was in the cupboard!!I will definately be back! The hotel is nothing particularly special but is really centrally located, well kept, modern, clean, and a good value. Only 5 minutes by tube from Paddington/Heathrow Express, only a 10 minute walk from Oxford St. We had a glitch at check in but the manager made it right. More

Rooms are small and outdated. Hotel decor needs serious updating and there is definately room for improvement in cleanliness and service.
