The worst hotel experience we had during our May 2012 trip to Europe. Notwitstanding an expensive renovation of the hotel, it is a maze and a fire trap; notably locked fire exits to the street. The renovation involved the integration of an adjacent building to the existing facility. As the new building's floors are at different levels than that of... More

The rooms may be small but the service is superb, very friendly staff, fast internet, clean rooms, comfortable bed, free water, biscuits, tea and coffee everyday. Breakfast is okay since you can choose what you want to have. Oh, the shower head was awesome!!! Stayed for 7 nights and I enjoyed every minute of it. More

We stayed for two nights at The Seraphine. Although the rooms aren't spacious (as one would expect in a City Hotel), they were wonderfully designed and very comfortable. Again, the en-suite was small, but didn't feel claustrophobic and had the best power shower I've ever experienced. Although we were on the 3rd floor the hot water was instantaneous and tons... More

Prior to arrival I emailed the hotel about parking and/or booking parking - they responded - but not very effectively. I had read the reviews of this hotel and me and my wife were visting the HMV Hammersmith Appollo for a concert and this is as close as it gets hotel wise. Check in was easy - but there is... More

I stayed at the Seraphine on a Kgb deal 28th to 30th January. The room was small (an executive double), but the fittings and quality of everything was high. We had a great continental breakfast that was delivered to the room - took a bit of work to juggle everything, but it was fine. I would describe the decor as... More

We were booked into the sister hotel in Kensington but moved here due to a burst pipe. Within walking distance of Olympia where we were attending an exhibition. The room was small but adequate for a one night stay. Very clean with a lovely rainwater showerhead. The bed was definately on the soft side. I had a room at the... More

I stayed in this hotel for two nights second week of December 2011 for a two day shopping trip. The hotel is located on the main road and the traffic noise is just unbearable and does not stop all night, with the sound of police sirens and lorries. The room was so small it was not funny. The room was... More

Lovely hotel in a nice area, close to the tube and decent pubs. Rooms are nice and comfortable and the decor is good. No restaurant so breakfast is taken in the room. More
