I think these other reviewers are just spoiled Americans! Obviously at a cheaper rate in such an expensive country you won't get perfection. poorly run, badly managed. rooms spread out over several buildings, no phones in rooms, window barely closed, shower did not work. repair man came on our 3rd day to fix shower. wifi never worked. staff was apathetic.

What poor accommodation - not very clean, worn out and very tired. Great value for London, had a kitchen which was cool. The shower was amazing, great power shower! Bad: Only 1 pillow each, which I find hard to sleep on, bed was not double only like a single and a half, so was pretty much falling out. Simple but convenient suite, with a nice kitchen, warm and clean. It was easy to reach the centre of london by bus or underground or by walking, good shopping and eating possibilities in the environment, a lot of privacy
