The best thing about this hotel is the location, access to Victoria Station main line and underground services are very useful which is why we made a second visit . On both occasions we have had trouble with the room booking. The executive room on our first visit contained a third bed. Our requests to remove it were ignored so we rolled... More

Just back from a one night stay at the Gosvenor celebrating wedding anniversary. We stayed in an Executive room which was large and comfortable. The champagne bar was a great relaxing place and dinner in the evening was excellant. All the staff were really polite and helpful. Would certainly recommend and have promised our teenage kids a trip to London... More

First impression is a large lobby area with fresh flowers and a beautiful chandelier, reception a bit slow but ok. We had an executive room and it was superb well worth the extra and executive lounge so no waiting for breakfast. The grand imperial restaurant is THE best Chinese I have ever tasted, tried it a few times and not... More

My husband and I stayed in this hotel when we went to watch Billy Elliott. Well what can I say - we couldn't have picked a more perfect hotel. The theatres around the Victoria area were within a few minutes walk as well as plenty of restaurants and bars and Victoria tube station is adjacent to the hotel (although you... More

After a slightly shakey visit last year (refurbished room, not finished to standard) we returned to find things much improved. Our room was an oasis of comfort . The bathroom underfloor heating was a particular pleasure. We were setting off on the Orient Express from Victoria the next morning and there is an exit directly onto the platform.Great incase it's raining.... More

My husband and I have just returned from a one night stay at this hotel. The hotel decor is 1st class and the staff were very helpful especially the concierge. The room was small but very clean and tastefully decorated. The only down side is the tannoy announcements within Victoria Station which start at 7.30 in the morning!! The fact... More

Dear luci4trip, Thank you for your Tripadvisor review. I was pleased to read that the location of the Hotel suited your needs and that my team were on hand to assist. Really nice hotel in a great location. Victoria tube station close by which has cheap rate parking over weekend £10 for 24 hrs. We had room only rate as breakfast was quite expensive and there are plenty of places close by where you can eat well for a lot cheaper. More

i stayed at The Grosvenor for one night whilst on business in London. I found the staff pleasant and helpful, the check in very quick and pain free. Rooms were of a very high standard, with Elemis toiletries and nice teas, coffees, magazines etc. Hotel breakfast is buffet style so not the freshest, but still a good choice. The hotel is huge, so quite a long walk to the rooms from reception, and a couple of lifts. Lovely gym with brand new equipment. More

A quiet, elegant establishment and very close to the tube. The foyer is refined and very welcoming after the 5 pm rugger scrum on the tube. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was compact and very nice and we were easily able to forget that a heaving, hard hitting metropolis was only moments away. We were told (on... More
