4 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 June 2013 NEW

A ten minute walk from Victoria Station (handy if you're arriving on a very late coach) the hostel is easy to get to, although if you're walking from Eccleston Bridge the street name changes from Eccleston Bridge to Belgrave Road to Eccleston Square and back to Belgrave Road, so keep walking. There's essentially two kitchen areas which makes for plenty... More

Stayed here for the weekend. The bedrooms are very clean and spacious and the beds are confortable. The kitchen is huge and well equipped, and the communal spaces are well kept and brand new. The staff is young and very helpful, you can borrow from them practically everything, from charger adapters to umbrellas! The breakfast is included and quite good.... More

I stayed in a 6 bed room, an ended up having it to myself which was nice. The room & bathroom is clean, beds are comfy and you can tell the sheets were just washed. Staff is super helpful and welcoming. Free breakfast/free wifi/ free maps & luggage storage. Tv room is a cool common area. The only thing is... More

The bunker beds are made from metal and have big draws underneath for luggage storage. This means if someone wakes up early and starts opening their luggage storage the noise level goes up a tremendous amount. Also everytime people in the beds move you can hear it. The walls are very thin and you can hear all your neighbours talking.... More

I found the staff at this hostel to be unwelcoming and unprofessional to a single traveler and the hostel also unwelcoming and so wasn't happy with my experience there compared to other hostels in the same area although the location is good as near the West End which is 10 minutes walk from the hostel.

I had a stopover in London for one night so just needed a bed for the night and found this place to be fine for that purpose. It's in a good location and is walking distance from Victoria railway and coach station, but if you're taking the Tube get off at Pimlico, which is closer. The hostel has a hang... More

I stayed here for two weeks had a great time. Staff are very friendly an approachable, the breakfast is real good, fresh rolls and cereal (incl. coco pops :D) beds comfy. The most important part to me is the kitchen. Obviously on a budget so I only stay in places with decent kitchens. It was fully stocked pots pans etc... More

So I had read both good and bad things about this Hostel...It was alright in my opinion. Could have been better. We arrived and check in was for 2pm, which I found to be a bit long to wait after having my flight arrive at 8:30 in the morning. It was decently located to the Tube stop from Pimlico (just... More

Great hostel, lots of people all over the place. Fun and friendly staff and great vibes. Stayed with a friend and booked very last minute. Loved the free teas and coffees and a well equipped kitchen. Fresh bread rolls at breakfast!? We loved the atmosphere and spent most of the evening drinking and chatting in the kitchen! 5 minute walk... More

Absolutely the least pleasant experience I've ever had staying at a hostel. I have stayed at hostels all over the world at every price point. This is not the most expensive place I've been but certainly not the best bargain either, especially considering the following things: Our very first impression of this place was walking through the crowd of "d-bags"...
