The bunker beds are made from metal and have big draws underneath for luggage storage. This means if someone wakes up early and starts opening their luggage storage the noise level goes up a tremendous amount. Also everytime people in the beds move you can hear it. I found the staff at this hostel to be unwelcoming and unprofessional to a single traveler and the hostel also unwelcoming and so wasn't happy with my experience there compared to other hostels in the same area although the location is good as near the West End which is 10 minutes walk from the hostel.

I stayed here for two weeks had a great time. Staff are very friendly an approachable, the breakfast is real good, fresh rolls and cereal (incl. coco pops :D) beds comfy.
