The room was small and the bathroom even smaller, but that's to be expected in London hotels of this price range. Ont the upside, the room looked newly refurbished, and the bathroom was very clean. The only glitch was that I wasn't provided with towels, but I was assured that they do normally provide them, so this looks like a... More

It is a nice hotel in a very good place. Some minutes from Paddington station and Tube. Breakfast is included and it was very simple. If you want some more food you can visit any restaurant near the hotel. The room was on the first floor and we could hear all the people walking near our door. That was a... More

We stayed at the Queensway Hotel for only 1 night as a stopover before heading over to Wales. We had arrived in Heathrow airport and taken the Heathrow Express to Paddington. And as our train to Wales was also leaving from Paddington station the next day, a hotel close by was our ideal choice, and Queensway Hotel was quite perfect... More

We booked for one night in February. It wasn't an especially cold day and the staff were obliging, letting us check-in early - about 11.30am. But the room was freezing so we turned the radiator on. However, when we returned at about 6pm it was still freezing - no heat in the radiator. Again the staff were obliging and brought... More

We got a room in the basement with 3 beds. The room was ok in size, but the toilet was extreem small, so when you sat on the toilet, your knees touched the radiator, which was boiling hot, and there was no knob to turn it off. In the morning several people threw cleaning water on our window and there... More

Rooms were a little small but can't really complain. Good location next to Hyde park, a little far from downtown London but with the tube it doesn't really make it a problem (just remember the tube stops running later at night and a cab ride can be costly if you're far). It can be a little noisy since it's on... More

CLEAN! That was my number one requirement, and I was thrilled. The bathroom was spotless and I have a high standard for bathroom cleanliness. Good water pressure and hot water, too. I was in room 408 - it was a tiny attic-nook room up the top staircase. I didn't mind the small size of the room or the short climb... More

This hotel is in a nice area very close to paddington train but it stops there. The outside is very posh looking for sure. The bed was comfortable and clean but the room is very small. We had two large suitcases and found it difficult to find a place to put them. The air was stuffy and hot and until... More

This location is super only 2 blocks from Paddington station and easy connect to all of London. The first night room they put me in (a 4 night stay) was the size of a postage stamp, room 307, no place for luggage unless you slept with it. I was moved to a larger room I was traveling solo. They expected... More

I'd like to think I'm an easy-going person and traveller and can handle quirky hotels. But to get to my 4th floor room I needed to get off on the 3rd floor and bring myself and my suitcase up 2 additional staircases-one a bit steep. The location in terms of Paddington (which is why I chose this location) was great.... More
