Hotel has a great location and big rooms, but that's it. The rooms are hot, air-con is extremely loud and there is no sound proofing on the street side. I was kept awake by the passing ambulances and police cars all night. Top it all off, the hotel was supposed to bill me 760£ for the 4 nights I stayed.... More

This hotel was alright. The staff were alright. The service was alright. Basically it was alright! but 5 Star. definitely not. We asked the concierge to recommend a restaurant for lunch. What we got was a place called Verdi. When my salad arrived there was a....COCKROACH in it! This isn't the hotel's fault but when I told them they didn't... More

Booked this hotel via Show & Stay website so got a really good deal. On arrival last weekedn I expected a small shabby room (from other reviews on here) but was very pleasantly surprised. We had a superior room on the 2nd floor and could not fault it except that it was very hot, soon cooled it down with air... More

My wife and I were very impressed with this hotel. The room decor was good, beds very comfortable. The free breakfast was acceptable. All the staff were friendly, helpful and kind. The hotel is situated close to a bus stops, 3 minute walk and also for catching one of the hop on hop off buses. Easy walking distance (10 min. )... More

Spent one night there over last weekend, this hotel looked great on photos but in reality it is quite tired and shabby, the room is very basic and the bathroom is dead small! The shower is really poor as well! Defnitely doesnt worth 160+ pounds a night without breakfast! What was worse, someone pressed the fire alarm 3 o'clock in... More

We stayed at The Grange Holborn for my wife's 40th birthday weekend. The staff were polite and attentive at all times and couldn't have been more helpful. Our room was on the 9th floor and had good views over the city. The room was very clean, the bathroom spotless. We used the swimming pool a couple of times, which was... More

We didn't mean to end up here given the price (€183 for one night's twin room, bed only); the unexpected swimming pool swung it. And we did enjoy that much, it is true. However, it was late afternoon before the room, which was fine and standard, was ready Asked at the desk if we would like an alarm clock call... More

Just had a weekend break at this hotel, so close to Covent garden, theatreland, only 15 minute walk away. Rooms spacious, but very very warm, so turn down the air con when you get in, you do have windows you can open. - only downside lack of sockets. Had a lovely time here, just be aware its as 3pm check-in.

On arrival the desk staff failed to explain that £100.00 would be blocked off my debit card and I was assured, by the manager, that I would have a full refund within 24 hrs (due to the lack of staff explanation), sadly 6 days later, numerous telephones calls and one email, I am still waiting for the refund! Prepare to... More

I had previously stayed at the Grange Tower Bridge. This member of the chain was tired and rather shabby by comparison. the bathroom was very cramped and dated. That said, my colleague and I ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent.Unfortunately this hotel did not reflect its 4 star status.
