I must confess that I was expencing an average service, very pricy, downgraded 3 star acomodation and I found a very helpful and friendly staff, a very well located and a fearly decent room...plenty to improve but to be honest....a nice surprise.

We spent four nights at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and nice. The triple-room wasn't huge but big enough for three people and clean. They even had glutenfree cornflakes, which was great for me.

The Hotel is near a metrostation (Kensington). The staff is very helpful, but the room was ... a bit dirty, special the curtains. The bathroom was very poor, and breakfast - típical british. Four half toast bread with jam, I think orange jam. :-) The Hotel is perfect for a young couple for a short citytrip.
