Well its not luxury, but the staff were helpful, rooms were ok, and location excellent. I stayed here with my 3 sons, and we were happy with value for money. Breakfast is included. All in all, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, good location, but again - dont expect luxury. More

Avoid this place at all costs... i think they must have decorated one room and these are the pictures you see on the website, but the one we were in included, mouldy stinking shower curtain, complimentary cockroaches, disgusting state of walls, tiling and decor. My daughter is on a class trip in this Hotel and rang me and complained to me about the quality. Cockroaches in the bedrooms, stained bed linen and the breakfast is minimal with a slice of toast and one sort of jam. I will report this Hotel and can only hope it will be closed down. Booked late so this was all we could get. Smallest shower I've ever seen. We booked a triple room. with the beds in the room we could only just fit the suitcases in as well. No lift so had to climb the stairs with the suitcases. On a plus the staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel desperately needs a makeover.... More

I suggest you DON'T GO ! First of all, I lived in basement, which is very near to main road, very unsecured and very noisy. They don't give me another room. The hotel was a in a good location within easy reach of the tube stations. The staff very helpfull and the beds comfy (could have done with an extra pillow). Breakfast very disappointing as only toast and cereal on offer, neither of which my daughter could eat due to illness, but good cafe round corner. Excellent price for a London... More
