All the staff are excellent! They were happy to accommodate our every request. The location is perfect! Literally, big Ben and the Thames are out your back door. YES! Why else come to London?? This is NOT a business hotel! My husband travels round the world and this is the worst lounge. The staff is RUDE and do not work... More

Had a nice weekend stay over a weekend between business trips. The room was clean and large, with a view of the London eye and Big Ben. It's in a great location to do some sightseeing as well. we walked to most places we wanted to see and found some good restaurants close by. The staff was very nice and... More

This hotel is in the best location in London. I wake to the sight of The House of Parliament across the river. Waterloo is a block away, the tub station is across the bridge. etc...... The most surprising thing is how quite the rooms are. There are throngs of people on the river walk outside your room, and you never... More

Our trip of a lifetime took place late April 2012 and this hotel was incredible. The staff was very friendly and we were upgraded to a Balcony King guestroom with an amazing view of the Thames, Big Ben and Parliament (breath-taking lit up at night). Our room (617) was huge, very comfortable bed, large bathroom, and extremely clean. Breakfast was... More

We checked in on Monday and immediately were waited on. As I had prepaid a very low rate to get a Big Ben view Executive room, I had to pay 60.pound daily supplement for that room. It did come with lounge access. Room was excellent and a fantastic view. Lounge area was not great as noted on here by previous... More

Stayed one night to treat myself to the view, staying here was well worth it. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size, the view was impressive, Big Ben just across the Thames. Westminster Abby just over the river behind big ben, easy walk. The high tea in the library was a nice extra treat. The... More

3rd visit to this hotel - excellent location, bedrooms are very clean and comfortable beds. Restaurant very nice - all staff very friendly - biggest letdown on this visit was the extremely slow checkin process. The hotel need to look at a more proficient checkin, apart fom that great. More

Okay...I bet you have been wondering if Big Ben chimes all night long...yes, it does but who cares as it is pretty cool knowing when you look out our window at 3 am...there it is! This hotel is very convenient and an easy walk to Westiminster Abby, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square and Piccadily areas. All within an easy 10 min... More

We booked a weekend away at the marriot . Our daughter had brought us a spa day for a chritmas gift ,so we thought we would make a weekend of it, and booked a night to stay at the marriot. We checked in mid afternoon , and chilled out in our room before we went out for dinner . We... More
