Stayed here Saturday for theatre weekend . Great location for theatre land , Covent Garden and sight seeing . Friendly helpful staff, asked if we would like room with a view or quiet room, opted for the quiet room and had bonus of a free upgrade. Very grand room if a little dated. Due to a wedding fair being held... More

We got this room on a secret hotel and liked it as it had a spa and was in a great location so we thought we would treat ourselves. The Hotel was lovley on arrival and the staff were very friendly throughout our stay but we would have got more for less at the travelodge round the corner. The spa... More

Very nice hotel with excellant rooms. Very convenient to West End. Food only average and very expensive. Main complaint was 15 pounds for 24 hours WiFi in the rooms is too much. They have 1 Business centre computer for free if you can get on it. We stayed at many B&Bs all had free WiFi.

Arranged a booking for afternoon tea by email so was disappointed there was no reservation when we arrived, however we were quickly found a table. Even at 2pm the restuarant was busy with people having afternoon tea including one large hen party group, the L plate and the flashing veil was a bit of a giveaway. The food was very... More

Stayed two nights for fa c-up final. Five mins stroll from Covent garden and near loads of good eateries. Staff brilliant. Room had good a/c so could keep it cool. Breakfast very nice ... all the usuals plus pastnries. Bar was nice but expensive as are all London hotels. Will return.

Well located hotel near to Covent Garden. Very nice public areas and quite comfortable rooms - if rather small. Good choice of breakfast with attentive service (apart from the very busy times when staff are rushed off their feet, but still very helpful).

I've stayed at the Kingsway Hall three times,on the first two occasions I was really pleased with the stay, the last time I was very disappointed due to their incompetent booking system. Revisited the hotel for long weekend stay. Location is the best, near Holborn tube, short walk to Covent Garden and great restaurants. Check in was very quick and efficient. Stayed again last month and the location is still excellent (of course!). Overall standards are good but I felt reception had deteriorated in terms of service. However doorman and concierge still fantastic. The restaurant is OK, but better choices nearby. Breakfast good for London hotel.
