My mother and I stayed here for 2 days as I showed her the sights of London. We were given a warm welcome and throughout our stay were given excellent service. My mum especially enjoyed the room service. The food was delicious!

Stayed for 6 nights and upgraded to the Exec room on the recommendation that wireless broadband would be free. As I later realised they gave a voucher valid for 24 hrs and it was chargeable thereafter. However the better view from the room made up for the extra cost.
