“Romantic weekend”

Stayed at the hotel several times and is always positively surprised about the service. The location is perfect with nice restaurants and shops in the area but also not far from tube/train station to travel into more central areas if desired.

Stayed here for one night while on business - location could not be better for Canary Wharf. From the second I walked in the door, the service from every member of staff I encountered was exceptional. The room itself was perfectly adequately appointed for a business hotel, however, the lack of any tea / coffee facilities was a little disappointing.

Excellent service from front desk staff, doormen, concierge, and restaurant staff. All staff very attentive and helpful. Great location...traveled on riverboat which is right outside hotel...great way to sightsee and enjoy London.

excellent service, personalized and helped me through a difficult situation while I was staying there. Staff was super helpful and connected me to home when cell phone was missing. Everyone on staff was committed to providing me with the resources I needed and we trustworthy.
