We booked this hotel as it was close to the tube station and the O2 and had a fantastic price. The bar area is fantastic. The windows overlooking the docklands and towards the city. Prices for drinks and food were reasonable and the standards of food was excellent. Our first night we had a room on the lower floor. Room... More

Good: - Location Bad: - VERY dusty and dirty - Windows on the inside were extremely dirty. We were forced to clean the window to look outside, with a towel, the towel was brown after we cleaned it.... - Wallpaper is coming off from the walls - The Double bed is very small - NO air conditioning, you have to... I forgot my both mobiles iphone4 and nokia at lobby, and I don't know what could I do if Abdulla from Reception didn't find it and informed Paul about it. They inform me and I went downstairs to take my mobiles. Thanks a lot to both of them. Stepan Bianjyan PrimeTel PLC From Cyprus. More

Luckily, my sister and i were only staying for one night only...We arrived at a lovely entrance and lobby kitted out with marble floors chandlers.Once we entered our room,i went into the bathroom where the sink plug was left in and the water over flowed onto the floor. The floor was tiled and i fell. Not badly thankfully. Next we opened... More

i stayed at this hotel with my friends for one night. When arriving we were informed that if we didn't like the room we could not change it. When getting into the room the walls were all marked and disgusting, wallpaper hanging off the walls and mould around the light in the bathroom. The room looked clean from a distance... More

Stayed here overnight as I was presenting at a conference in the hotel and it was only £82 a night which seemed like a bargain, especially as the Hilton down the road wanted over £300 for a room on the same night. The hotel looks good from the outside, I think it's one of the earlier buildings in the Canary... More

Stayed here with a friend in March '12. Did the job nicely. No complaints although staff weren't the most helpful. Room and ensuite were comfortable. They had a cheap pizza deal for lunch which was good value and tasty. More

Stayed here near the end of April. Nice enough hotel but room was slightly small for my liking. Wanted a hotel near central London as I was seeing a show in the West End. My first time in London was certainly helped by the good service at the hotel. Very friendly receptionists Jana & Win checked me in. Special mention... More

We stayed for three nights over the bank holiday weekend. We were given a free upgrade to an executive room which was good with free wifi and a jacuzzi bath. The hotel is of an older style but has everything we needed and is in a great location for the tube, it is quiet around the hotel. We had great... More
