Comfortable bed; bathroom could do with updating. Luckily I did not expect or want a view of Grosvenor Square as, in common with many central London hotels, the room I had overlooked the back of the hotel; ventilation shafts etc. Decor of reception area of hotel is also dated. Front of office staffing could be improved; on both check in... More

Given the cost of the room per night - this hotel is in need of refurbishment. The rooms are tired and the bathrooms very small. The location is excellent - close to everything in Mayfair. The restaurant is excellent and the breakfast very good. But the pushy sales tactics upon check-in was very annoying and there is no free WIFI. More

I stayed again at this hotel. It is a good option and well located for business trips and a couple of days of leisure as was my case. The rooms are good and spacious enough and I have no complaints about the service. Very good breakfast and a proportional price to it. A negative note is certainly the charges for... More

Superb location facing Grosvenor Square, small and friendly, excellent staff and concierge knows everything. Near underground, excellent restaurants nearby. Low key, extremely easy to manage, large rooms and if you have a Square view - brilliant! Excellent business center More

We have just spent 6 days at The Millenium and enjoyed the experience. The location was fabulous, close to shopping and good restaurants. The theatres were just a walk away as was Buck House. The room was spacious and overlooked Grosvenor Square. More

I had a lovely stay here. Perfect location for shopping !! Rooms clean & omfortable. Reception & concierge very helpful. Nice evening bar. Cocktails pricy but you don't need many. Wouldn't recommend paying £16 for breakfast though ! More

We stayed here in September 2006 and I am only adding my review now as I am new to tripadvisor and wanted to express how bad our stay really was. We decided to stay in London for my 30th birthday and after getting lost in London, we arrived later than expected. When we went to check in, my boyfriend's card... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights over the new year2011/12 and were very impressed by the whole experience. Staff were so very friendly and helpful and having read other issues on Tripadvisor, I have to say we encountered non of them. We returned to London on 21 April for 2 nights for our silver wedding... I stayed in this hotel in March 2010. This was my first trip to London and work booked me into this hotel for 2 weeks. The hotel is in a fantastic location. It faces Grovesnor Square in Mayfair and a short walk brings you to Oxford Street for shopping and Hyde Park. Bond Street station is less than 10min walk... More

I went to this hotel with work and was far from impressed with the facilities, the services and the amenities. We were sharing rooms ad were supposed to be having twin rooms, but these were tiny. There no space at all between the 2 beds. The carpet in the room was stained and burnt in place. The bathroom door was... More
