Stayed for one night in an upgraded "club room" 40GBP extra and to be honest I'm really not sure what was upgraded about it. Spent a weekend here when going to a concert in London. Great central location and reasonably priced. Was offered upgrade to superior room. Staff friendly and efficient. Would use again. More

Good location in Kensington. Rooms are a bit tired and could use an update, however the rate for the location is quite good. Overnight parking is a bit much at £32. More
