This hotel struggles to be a 4* hotel. Room was very average with no safe, no clock-radio, a just-functioning fridge, old cotton-balls and tissues in the hand towels and a ridiculous price for wifi. The sliding bathroom door was all but immoveable. Lift service very slow. Location is very good. Reception staff were very helpful and the breakfasts were excellent. More

The location of this hotel was great...a short walk to the Gloucester Road tube station. There are plenty of shops and resturants around the area. The rooms were clean and had U.S. plugs. Very handy place to stay with close access to the Tube at Glouster Road and a nice walk to the Park and Kensington Palace. They also had a wonderful full breakfast. The room was very clean and everyone was helpful. No, the room and bathroom are not big but fine, remember your in England. More
