We were sent to this location after the Earl's Court hotel lost our reservation. It's right in the centre of theatre land in London and very near Piccadilly Circus but it wasn't noisey. I loved the room. Very chic and a good size. It's a great hotel and the staff are very friendly. Definitely recommend. More

Spent one night here recently on a business trip. Clubroom was very quiet considering position overlooking Shaftesbury Avenue. Bedroom was very clean and large. Very good location for shopping and theaters. Rooms are a bit small but of good standard, could be a bit noisy though; not from outside but from other rooms. Breakfast room under dimensioned and not very pleasant, but staff did a good job. More

Stayed with wife and two boys. Location is fantastic and allowed us to wander around theater district & Leicester Sq in the evening then back to the hotel. Staff were fine and helpful as we arrived and left with bags. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on food. Rooms and bathrooms small and a bit tired... More

Good location for theatres and shopping. Room was rather small for all the furniture but well equipped and clean. Reception, cleaning and breakfast room staff made the difference between this being a good and an excellent hotel: they were courteous, helpful and friendly and certanly enhanced our stay. Highly recommended, I will stay there again. More
