They don't tell you on the website that the hotel is in the middle of a massive refurbishment. A problem with travel agent booking upon arrival which the hotel apologised profusely for and sorted within 15minutes; this resulted in an upgrade and more apologies even though not Chancery Court's fault which was very professional and very welcome after travelling to London! Had a good stay at the Chancery Court Hotel. Rooms were nice and quiet, staff were very friendly. They're renovating so reception was temporarily placed in a narrow hallway. Breakfast was OK. Gym was placed in two hotel rooms - don't count on having a nice workout since it's tight and warm there.

I stayed here to celebrate my fiancé's 30th. the hotel is in a great location and the rooms were clean and smart , and the front of house staff very polite and were very helpful. I would recommend this hotel
