Great location, a block from holborn tube station. Great size room that was quite. Had a pod coffee pot next to the bed was great. The staff was most pleasant calling us by name the whole 5 days. Keep an eye out for deals, it was 3rd night free which really brought the cost down.

Stayed here for three nights on a 3-for-2 deal, accomodation only. Very reasonable price of less than 200 pounds/night incl. VAT considering location (Covent Garden and the Seven Dials area are an easy 10 minutes walking away) and room quality. Room was recently renovated, lovely modern decor with a combination of earth tones and silvery fixtures and fittings (very classy)... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here on a Saturday night on a bit of a whim (we'd gone on holiday by mistake), and got a real bargain price (£170 including breakfast - and as breakfast is £26 each - v good value). We'd read from the reviews that the hotel is being refurbished - though hotel itself never mentioned, funny... More

They don't tell you on the website that the hotel is in the middle of a massive refurbishment. Temporary check-in desk, some lifts not working, gym moved somewhere else etc. However, on arrival we were upgraded to a junior suite - nice room and no complaints about furnishing, comfort etc. We were told on arrival that the workmen don't start... A problem with travel agent booking upon arrival which the hotel apologised profusely for and sorted within 15minutes; this resulted in an upgrade and more apologies even though not Chancery Court's fault which was very professional and very welcome after travelling to London! Whilst the refurbishments are carried out it is a little confusing to find receiption etc but everyone... More

Had a good stay at the Chancery Court Hotel. Rooms were nice and quiet, staff were very friendly. They're renovating so reception was temporarily placed in a narrow hallway. Breakfast was OK. Gym was placed in two hotel rooms - don't count on having a nice workout since it's tight and warm there.

Nice rooms. Dreadful reception. Can't even get to front door with suitcases as taxis barred. Refurb has meant noise from 8 this morning. Spoke to reception who offered to let me move rooms. But already awake and leaving in three hours. She then said she would send manager to stop the drilling but that was an hour ago and it's... More

A Large group of us came here for the weekend with work and we all had an excellent stay. The hotel was being re-furbished at the time however we didn't notice any problems apart from the cramped reception area. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful. The bedroom was amazing with a good selection of tea and coffee (once... More

Booked as a secret hotel through lastminute, so not complaining about the cost (~£150/night room only), however this magnificent building is undergoing refurbishment, which was not mentioned on booking, and on arrival you have to squeeze in to a temporary reception area, which is a corridor with a long desk in ti.. woefully inadequate.. we were waiting 15minutes to check...
