Hotel was very clean and staff helpful and friendly. View from our room was not the best but considering that we were only there to sleep it was not an issue. This location is excellent for tourist wanting to be centrally located to all of the major attractions and underground station. Would definitely return!

The service was just not up to par and we were misinformed about several different things. The internet system was terrible and connection was almost impossible, even when following their instructions to the letter. The 'free' part was only in the lobby, not in your room and even then, it was almost impossible to connect.
