Stayed in Tower wing on 18th floor. Room at first glance was good, large and comfy bed. Unfortunately it was way too hot and there was a real sour and stale smell coming from the bathroom. Breakfast was busy but ok. Not somewhere I'd go back to in a hurry.

Arrived on time to check in at 3.00pm but room not ready for us, kept waiting for another half hour before we could check in. Room adequate but small. I have stayed in a few Hiltons before and I think this one needs some work to bring it up to standard.
