The room we booked was not available due to water leakage. The basement room we were offered hadn't been cleaned in some time. Didn't sleep because of a creaking floor right above our heads. Got another room for the second night which was decent but was situated at the front of the hotel on the ground floor. Noise of traffic... More

I never actually got around to staying at this place - unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel my trip to London in 2002. I cancelled at least a month before the cut off point at which you are charged a night's stay for no shows. I saved the email I sent them advising of this. It's just... More
