This is a nice little hotel. The staff were pleasant enough.I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're not looking to spend too much but still want cozy, comfortable and nice. Hotel was very charming, nicely decorated, clean and a beautiful building. Excellent location, close to tube station and many different restaurants. The staff were quite professional and helpful More

Very small single room, and basic shower en suite, but everything adequate for the purpose of a one night stay in London. Reception closes at 11.30p.m. and guests are given a door key with their room key, which worked OK. Helpful receptionist regarding wifi access. More

I had read the reviews that were less than complimentary and thought maybe folks were being too hard on the place. Unfortunately, I have to agree with some of the less than kind comments. The good: location (Earl's Court tube stop around the corner), clean sheets, towels and bathroom (but no fan) The bad: THE BED!!!! There were pokey springs/too... More

Good location, very close to the metro station. Also there are many restaurants and shops around there. Staff are helpful and friendly. We stayed in a double room with our son (total 3 persons) they didn't charge us any extra fee. The hotel provides and free wifi there. More

I tried to find a hotel in London with free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, close to tube station, above average review score, and under GBP 80, and after about 5-hour search and comparison, I found this lovely hotel which was best for my 2 night stay. Room is small as expected, and shower space in the bathroom is too small, but... More

I recently stayed at Henley House with a large group of students and colleagues (we practically took over the hotel). The staff was friendly and quite helpful to everyone. The rooms are what you would expect from a converted townhouse - small with thin walls, but comfortable and provided everything we needed. There was a continental breakfast as part of... More

My fiance and I stayed here for 8 nights, and we were both very pleased. The hotel is only a minute away from Earl's Court Station, but considering it's right off a main road, it was really quiet. We both slept great every night. Wifi was free, and so was breakfast (pastries, cereal, tea, yogurt, juice). The staff were all... More

Henley House is a typical cramped London budget hotel. The plus points are the Location (3 min walk to Earls Court Exhibition Centre) and 1 min from the nearest tube station. The only other plus point was the friendly staff (Friendly but not very helpful). The negative points are: Small room in serious need of restoration (and this was room 14,... More

This is a nice little town house hotel. The staff were pleasant enough. All of them Eastern European, but that seems to be the norm these days. Room was a little tired, but the bathroom was clean, and all the towels and sheets were clean and sparkling white. The outlook was nice, overlooking a nice little park. Our room was... More

A small town house hotel quietly situated down a side road off the main Earls Court Road. Very pleasant and welcoming staff. The single room I had was small with an on-suite but adequate and clean. Certainly for a good value overnight stay on business it was fine. Good access to plenty of places to eat around Earls Court. More
