Impressed with the customer focussed staff, their attention to details and above all the willingness to go that extra bit. Rooms are very well equipped with the modern facilities like free broadband internet and interactive television. Lounge and bar are equipped with free wi-fi internet access which made my business meetings very feasible. More

we had a great experience. We were warmly welcomed, allocated a newly refurbished, splendid room and enjoyed a most pleasant stay. The things that matter in a London hotel were all present and correct, a good bed with wonderful sheets, a great shower in a tiny but perfectly formed bathroom and a great location.
