Best thing is the location. It is where it says it is: Covent Garden. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are really, really basic, but clean. Flat screen TV in room with a limited number of channels. Top location, almost next door to Shaftesbury theatre and 2 mins from restaurants. However, a few downfalls make this some what below par. No phones in rooms so can't contact reception. Used as a base for the Heineken Cup weekend as we wanted to stay near covent garden. Location is great, Covent Garden is 5 minutes away & Leicester Square just 10. Great place to stay as a base to rest. Basic but didn't expect anything else. If you want luxury then stop somewhere else. It does exactly what it says on the tin. Would stay again when visiting London as a base camp. Breakfast is excellent to start you off for a day of sightseeing. More
