The hotel was half the price of the nearby Premier Inn, so we had to give it a go. It was clean and staff were friendly. We paid for breakfast on the first morning, but found it expensive (£7.50) considering what was on offer. For the next couple of mornings we opted for Cafe Verona over the road instead. The... More

Stayed here in April for 2 nights, great location near everything in London. Generally the staff were very helpful, apart from the guy who greeted us when we arrived, not overly talkative or friendly. Must say was disappointed by this and also with our room, it was clean-ish but only had one hand and large towel and one spare pillow.... More

Was the best priced hotel option we found for mid week stay. Excellent location, staff pleasant. Room spacious not like some squirrel nests you get. Bed good. Room not spotless but ok.. Would certainly go back. Big bonus they allowed early check in for a tenner and late check out similarly this solved the dilemma of what to do with... More

Best thing is the location. It is where it says it is: Covent Garden. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are really, really basic, but clean. Flat screen TV in room with a limited number of channels. No shower gel, you only get a tiny square bar of soap. Breakfast is fine - buffet with usual items. Coffee machine that serves... More

We booked this hotel simply because it was near where we wanted to be on a theatre trip to London. The hotel is located a short walk from Covent garden tube station and easy to find. The reception staff were very helpful and polite and the room was clean and bright. There was very little noise from within the hotel... More

Top location, almost next door to Shaftesbury theatre and 2 mins from restaurants. However, a few downfalls make this some what below par. No phones in rooms so can't contact reception. Bathrooms is awful 80s decor with great need of update. Not enough towels supplied so had to ask for more, likewise with toilet paper after room serviced. Staying for... More

Used as a base for the Heineken Cup weekend as we wanted to stay near covent garden. Location is great, Covent Garden is 5 minutes away & Leicester Square just 10. Pleanty of pubs & restaurants nearby too. Hotel was clean & tidy, breakfast was delicious - no cheap sausages thankfully & staff were polite. Only problem with the room... More

Great place to stay as a base to rest. Basic but didn't expect anything else. If you want luxury then stop somewhere else. It does exactly what it says on the tin. Would stay again when visiting London as a base camp. Breakfast is excellent to start you off for a day of sightseeing. More

This hotel is in a great location. Short walk to several tube stations. 5 minutes walk to Covent Garden. Handy for Shaftbury avenue and theatres. it is no frills so the bar is basic but there was a late bar until 2.30am on the saturday night when we were there. Barman wsa not very friendly though. We decided not to... More

A trip to the theatre usually means a late night dash to catch the last train to Cambridge so a bed and breakfast stay here made a pleasant change. If you've made an internet booking, the check-in is automated and the machine prints your room card. Rooms have flat screen TV, coffee/tea making facility and spotless shower room. Considering such... More
