Stayed there 2 nights on hilton points, and we were upgraded to a king executive room for an extra £50/night. We had room 804 in the alcove. Booked for three nights and from check in to check out everything was fantastic - the location is perfect for getting around and the staff are sooo helpfull - claire at reception deserves special mention - we will certainly be back
