It's in a great place to round London and see the sights that's the one good thing. Staff do not seem helpful. Being woken up by room service at 9ish to clean. breakfast so so avoid the fried bread slightly over done oj very weak.

Stayed here post-cruise as we had a tight schedule, theatre tickets and wanted a location close to theatre. Small but adequate rooms...definitely for the traveller who doesn't plan to spend a lot of time in the room. It's updated and modern. Very well maintained...super attentive staff.
