Why do I rate it 5*? The Raglan has excellent and helpful staff, from the manager to the reception clerks. Really professional and a warm welcome. Clean, lovely environment, beautiful zen-style patio. The Raglan could not have looked after us better. Thank you to David and the whole staff.

Not intending to return, was pleased to leave. Pros: Friendly reception staff. Modern decorated reception and bar/breakfast area. Free wifi but annoyingly has to logon each time used.
