Friendly, smiling and well trained staff add to the general efficiency of this well placed central London hotel. Only there for one night on business, but will certainly stay there again and recommend it for our international visitors. More

The previous review just covered me! It was my first time in London and the hotel really counted on my impression. Luxurious without showing-off, classic, elegant, good location, friendly staff, very nice bathroom and toiletries, loved the sense of elegant 'Britishness' all around! Defienetely recommended! More

Dukes hotel does everything it claims to. The hotel is small and pretty and set in a great central London location. It is positioned in a courtyard so there is no traffic noise despite the city setting. The public areas are nothing special but the bedroom was reasonably spacious given that it is in London (where rooms are always smaller... More

We were delighted to read you enjoyed the location of our beautiful boutique hotel. However, I was disappointed to learn that we did not meet all your expectations entirely. At DUKES LONDON we have a selection of room categories and we would be delighted to discuss them with you for any future reservations should you consider to return. DUKES is... More

There are some hotels that just get 'it' right, and Dukes is one. Of course that is only if you want what we want which is: A quiet but convenient location, friendly but efficient staff, no fuss, immaculate, comfortable and spacious rooms, luxurious bathrooms with good quality toiletries, an atmosphere of opulence without bling, service of the first order, night... Dukes Hotel boasts not only an excellent location but the happy combination of modern conveniences and a 19th century ambience. The clientele are smartly dressed and sophisticated for the most part, and the extremely popular bar is renowned for its translations of the Martini and other cocktails. The staff at all levels is well-trained and quickly responds to any reasonable... More

The atmosphere of Dukes seems genuinly English with elegantly furnished drawing rooms and cocktail lounges. The rooms are modern and pleasantly decorated, excellent beds. More

We decided on a fantastic treat for my daughter and I to spend some quality time together, in London, and not having to rush back home. Dukes was the perfect answer. In the middle of Mayfair tucked away is this jewel of a hotel. We had so many plans to go out and once we arrived we didn't want to... More

My husband and I have just returned from an overnight stay at the hotel. From the warm Davina who checked us in and showed us round , to the lovely gentleman who brought us tea in our room. The staff are the greatest asset in this hotel. Our room was lovely and you did not feel you were in central... More

We hired out one of the Dukes Hotel's suites for our charity's reception for our London Marathon runners. The head of the events team at the hotel was very helpful in answering my queries in preparation for the event. On the day, the food and drink were both excellent and the suite was large and well furnished. The team members... More

I have stayed at this hotel several times. It is not just a great hotel at a great location which to me are basics in the search for a good hotel, this hotel offers something special and unique that can be be described as a "home away from home".
