We booked at the Cavendish as part of a theatre break for our wedding anniversary, we had booked through our local travel agent who had informed the hotel of this and on arriving at our room we found silk rose petals all round the room and on the bed in a heart shape with 2 "swans" made of hand towels!... Very decent and clean, helpful staff, great location just off Picadilly - minutes from the Green Park, Trufalgar sq. and Soho. It's lacking character to my taste and the rooms are smallish, but otherwise highly recommended More

I've stayed twice at this hotel and had a great experience both times. Room are small but that's to be expected in central London. It is right behand Fornum and Mason and the side entrance is on Jermyn St. We were given a complimentary bottle of Champagne on arrival and the staff were all incredibly. Lovely place. This is by and large a decent hotel with recently renovated contemporary aesthetic and affordable rates. Had a return visit here when looking for a base in the Piccadilly area. Our room was clean, attractively decorated with a good view from our high floor. Rates aren't the cheapest but are good value for this location in London and for such a nice hotel. Look out for deals - they have some good offers at certain times... More
