rare jewel of a hotel run and staffed by a real team of friendly, helpful, pleasant, smiling, lovely people - you're to be congratulated as this is such a rarity - unbeliveably well done. Location is perfect, hotel rooms are quiet , very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is delicious and served til 12 midday at the weekends.... the price is... More

We always stop over in London every time we visit my husband family. so far, Cavendish location is the best. it is walking distance to everywhere in london. centrally located yet in a quite area. the room is modern and comfortable. request for higher room as... We stayed at the Cavendish for a week in April. We chose the Cavendish, because it was about the only hotel that would guarantee adjoining rooms in advance. While the rooms were not huge, they were very well layed out and had all the needed amenities. The bedding was excellent and the bathrooms were also excellent. While the hotel is... More

Went on a recommendation and so glad we did. Fab hotel in fab area with THE best staff ever. Aziz on reception/concierge duty is a complete star and worth the price of the room on his own. I cant fault the place and im not easy to please. Go. Now. More

I booked 3 rooms, for myself, mother and aunt for a birthday celebration weekend. We had 3 double superiors, they were nicely decorated but small, I know its a city centre hotel, but I wouldnt want to even think about how small the classic room must be! luckily in my room it was only me, so the side of the... I have stayed at this hotel a few times now since discovering it in 2010, after staying in many hotels in London over the previous twenty years, wish had discovered it earllier, saved a lot of planning when visiting London - best hotel. This weekend my daughter and her husband stayed, upon our recommendation, I booked it for them for... More

This hotel is very deceptive as it looks nothing from the outside but inside is very classy. The reception area is filled with beautifully arranged flowers with subtle perfume. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room we had on 7th floor was perfectly appointed with panoramic views of London, which looked stunnig in the day but breath-taking at... More

This hotel should only be used by business travellers who only want to get in and out of their rooms. The rooms are up to date and the location is good for Central London and close to the West End for theatre in the evenings, but there are a lot of hotels in the area. We selected a Kind Executive... Thank you for your review. I am really disappointed to hear your comments. Our procedure is to have the bed ready for the guests on their arrival but we would happily remove the bed and make it up again later during the turn down process. We spend a lot of time working with staff to ensure that warmth and friendliness... More
