Under construction. Loud. Poor service and organization. Everything that could go wrong did!! Could not find entrance. Reservations system all messed up. Tried to check me out every day and keys stopped working.

Enjoyed my stay at this property despite the renovations taking place at the entrance and ground floor lobby area. Getting in and out of the hotel and using the elevator was slow and a little annoying due to the ongoing renovations. However, the room, service and breakfast were all wonderful! The renovation presented no inconvenience or disruption whatsoever. The hotel did a nice job communicating and dressing up the area in question. The room was just wonderful; lots of nice touches, from the designer amenities, to the turndown chocolates and weather card (nice old school touch!)
