I travel to london often with my wife but this time I was single. I was given a room as small as a cupboard with a crescent shaped window with no curtain so i woke up of the light and the pigeons on the roof every day at 5.30. I had a TV with no remote control and an open... More

very disappointed in our stay at the leisure inn hotel, we booked the basic double room which was the size of a normal en-suite bathroom, we got to the room to discover we didn't have a toilet or shower and had to walk to the other side of the hotel to use the facility which was also poor. the room... A good hotel in the central of London, bayswater area, a safe a quite area.... The hotel is small abut has all the necessities for a short stay, well priced, night receptionist very friendly and helpful, but the morning one was a bit rude... The hotel service was on average level. One of the receptionists seemed not willing to serve us. Breakfast was served at the room on the basement. If you're uncomfortable to be in a narrow space, be prepared before stepping into the lift. It's surrounded by Bayswater Station, Queensway Station and Paddington Station - the nearest is Bayswater Station (15 mins... More

Receptionist unfriendly ...the allocated room smelt of damp , which could be smelt before opening the door !..the room was very basic...the décor was very dated...the bathroom was dull, dank & damp ....you couldn't use the coat hangers as the holders were all broken....the double bed in the room was very lumpy and sloped , so not a good night... I wish I didn't feel I had to be so brutally honest - but my experience moved me almost to indignation about the hotel. I shall go through the experience point-by-point: 1) The receptionist was obnoxious and difficult to deal with, with a less than satisfactory grasp of English. 2) Even the Hotel Foyer was dirty, with sticky smears on... Nice basic but clean room, tea and coffee facilities although when we asked reception for milk they said we could only have one between 4. We traveled as a large group and some friends on the first floor had flies in their room and another group had a cockroach but it wasn't near me so I'm not bothered. Breakfast was... More

small room with typical terrible carpet, old small tv. We spent there a week during strong ;) London's winter (minus 5), and it was quite warm in the room, they also gave us additionally little heater, what was nice. Poor but not terrible cold bathroom with very hot water. Room cleaned daily but "hard" carpet corners left dusty, every day... More

Ahh London. One of the worlds most beautiful & EXPENSIVE cities! Perhaps the best advice I can give is that you typically get what you pay for in this city. To get what would be your average no thrills hotel in most cities (aside from Tokyo) expect to pay about $200 plus per night. Keeping that and the exchange rate... More
