Had a great massage training for couples today with Lyudmila. It's great to learn simple and useful massage tips that can be practiced at home. Very cozy and friendly atmosphere. Amazing time in the spar with snow room. Lovely lunch at the restaurant. Will definitely be back!!!!!

Stayed at K West for one night. The staff were excellent, although the service at dinner in the restaurant was a little bit on the slow side. The food was good but not excellent. The room price was extremely good value for London, and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

My husband & I booked the hotel for 2 weeks in May 2013 through a special on hotels.com - it was an executive, non-smoking room without breakfast. This is an unusual glass & steel building amongst white terraced houses near Shepherd's Bush Underground. However the house is very nice inside and nothing like its exterior. The spa at this hotel is just amazing. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff are friendly and the treatments are heavenly. The snow room is fab after a sauna or steam room. Good to visit alone for some 'me' time or with a friend or two.
